A government funded training programme with work experience. A Traineeship is a great route for unemployed young people who are not ready for an apprenticeship or full-time job. Traineeships will help you develop the skills and experience needed to get an apprenticeship and other employment. 12 weeks and we will make you job ready!

You will learn interview techniques, English, Maths and any other skills that need teaching or refreshing.
